5 Easy Overnight Oat Recipes

Updated: Apr 5, 2023

Who doesn’t love an easy, healthy breakfast? I know that anything that says easy and healthy, I'm in! Let's talk about overnight oats. Obviously, you need a good quality oat, and by good quality, I mean an oat that is free from glyphosate. If you don't know what glyphosate is, it is a herbicide that is sprayed on crops. Check out our blog on glyphosate to learn more about its harmful effects. I am always looking for products that are top-notch and free from glyphosate & GMOs, and I found one! One Degree Oatmeal is the only oatmeal on the market that is free from glyphosate and it is also gluten-free, certified organic, NON-GMO, nut-free, certified vegan, whole grains and the ingredients are all traceable!

Let's get to my favourite go-to Overnight Oats recipes.
